A great way to get to Bali and away from the hustle and bustle of the big tourist areas.

Booked a couple of rooms to suit family of four with older teens. Really spacious rooms with all th eexpected amenities. Plunge pool room was fantastic when dealing with the local humidity at the end of a long day trekking around Bali. The overall feeling of the hotel allowed us to relax and wind down, with the staff really looking after any of our needs.

Great hospitality and felt pampered throughout the trip.

We are able to request for a firmer pillow, free bubble bath soap on request and although there was some hiccups the staff tried their best to accommodate….even gave us dinner vouchers at one of their restaurants. Every staff is smiling, courteous and that sets us in a good mood.

We had daily breakfast and 1 dinner at their restaurant, Kweezeen. While breakfast was decent, I find their buffet dinner disappointing. Because the concept was smart eco, there wasn’t air conditioning and I saw a tiny cockroach crawled past the buffet table. The humid weather did not help and I din feel like taking their sushi or dried up looking smoked sashimi. It wasn’t crowded so understandably the food did not get changed out and 2 hours later, the food turned cold and stale. Their other restaurants are good though!

Very expensive for one night..............room was lovely with everything there that was needed.

Good choice for food and nice setting for eating.

There was no smoked salmon available at breakfast. Large choice of other food but sadly no smoked salmon. Big mistake!!

the staff are excellent and very friends and helpful the pool / gym/ spa are very good the green areas are beautiful

most of the dining options are outdoor and its hot and humid (not comfortable) the room provided was not with a great view (despite the promise of a great view) food options were very asia heavy, so it was hard to find other options (if you dont like asian food) location is not in town, its a resort, away from Bali town

Excellent service, room are spacious and clean and great hotel facilities.

Excellent service from the staff. Ari’s Fendi and Sarah are very helpful and informative on the booking out the restaurants during our visit. Room is spacious and clean. We love to relax on the room plunge pool especially on the night time when the swimming pool is closed.

Perfect and relaxing.

Breakfast and dinner buffet options suit everyone’s taste buds. Staff members, very kind, very caring, spoke to one at the end of the night for hours about Balinese culture. They remembered my name and would greet me when walking past. Such a comfortable bed! Seriously feel asleep so fast in that bed! Room was modern and had heaps of space. Pool area and overall gym amenities were fantastic! Wish I stayed longer.

The staff is very friendly and help everyone The hotel is cozy and beautiful I told them i came to celebrate our anniversary and they did the best for us which makes our trip momerable, they put a cake and flower with swan love towel and wrote beautiful word on table for us make us so happy. Also i ask for a transportation from airport they provid to us clean car with friendly driver and nice. Happy to choose sofitel for our 1st visit highly recommended.

Good luxury hotel for short memorable stay

Hotel staff are very attentive and room was prepared for our arrival with a "welcome". Hotel is modern and provides access through extensive grounds to the sandy beach beyond.

For this grade of luxury, did not like the fact that the doors covering the fridge would not shut due to warping - it should have been removed for repair or replacement. Service can be a bit over-attentive but that's Bali for you. Food offering can be a little difficult to navigate initially with a lot of selection but limited choice in price/quantity.
